If you spent 183 days or more in a country other than Canada over the last four years then you need to provide a police clearance certificate (PCC) from that country, so yes, you do need to provide one as you spent (all of?) 2014 in your home country.
The PCC you used when applying for PR status was submitted before you left the country (we know this is so, because of processing times), so it is no longer considered valid. The PCC you supply must be issued at the end of, or after, your most recent visit to that country.
Not 100% correct. If he/she got AOR he/she also got a case number. So getting an AOR for a previously submitted app will also require a yes(one step before in process).

Hi guys. I have a couple of questions concerning the application and procedures.
The application was for my wife, she was born in Armenia, but her family moved to Russia when she was a kid. She never had Armenian passport, but in Russia there are 2 passports, one internal and the other international for travelling outside Russia. She made the internal passport couple month earlier than international passport. For question 13 I have put the date of internal passport, and for question 14 I have put the international passport, issued later than internal. Hopefully CIC will not be confused by this.
First question:
When we go to check application status, they ask for a place of birth, however in the application there was no question about place of birth. How would they know know the place of birth?
Second question:
In case if something is missing, will the application be refused and I will loose 630$? Should we reapply or we can just send the missing docs?
Hi,
I am trying to fill up my Canadian citizenship application form but I am having some confusion about few questions and I want to fill my application in the month of March itself..
I became permanent resident on 29th November 2013 and I know I am eligible for citizenship as far as physical requirement is concerned I am meeting that requirement.
I checked my eligibility through Online calculator. The calculator gave me the following dates for eligibility:
2013-03-20 to 2018-03-20 , which is 2013-March -20 to 2018 -March -20th
My questions is that I landed on 29th November 2013 in Canada and became permanent resident then why are they calculating my eligibility period from 20th March 2013 to 20th March 2018
Shouldn't they Calculate my eligibility period from 29th November 2013 onward up till now? or they are calculating correctly.

They calculate 5 years back from the day you sign your application and your online calculator form. its up to you to update the actual dates in the citizenship form.
