Do I need to mention every address for e.g I went to States for shopping and stayed in hotel for 2 days and went to India for vacation and stayed there for a month ??

It is asking the addresses where you have lived, so no you need not mention hotel stay of 2 days or vacation outside Canada. But list all addresses where you actually lived (i.e. list addresses where you had residence and you were homemaker or studying or working, etc.)
