My friend has got her CoPR recently and the last date of entry mentioned is actually not the last date she filled in the travel history application form. Is there a reason why is that so ? Could it be a problem ?

Actually, she did not even put that date, since the form asks for only trips done excluding country of citizenship. And the date mentioned on the CoPR is the trip made to the home country. While she has travelled to US after that, and she listed the US trip dates as the last trip made.

Any help would be much appreciated

For me the original entry date was mentioned as the recent entry date as it was mentioned in my PR application, but that is not correct, i dont think this will create any issue.

If you want to avoid going to the border you can set up an appointment at cic office near you, by calling them, but delays can be long i heard.

my application status is in process as per info from ecas account. i dnt have gckey account as my consultant is handing my case. could you please suggest me a way through which i cn get info about whether the background check has been started or nt!! thanks in advance

If you have time for landing (that is still have time on visa )than please reach out to CIC and get it corrected ... it is always better to have documents consistent to avoid any surprises later ....

I got GCMS notes today and not a single line added in the last two months (Last GSCMS was two months ago). Its been 16th month I am waiting not sure what is going on and how long I need to wait.

To be honest GCMS for QSW are not very informative we have seen ample cases here where GCMS and GcKey status didn't changed and people got DM ...it seems QSW applications follows some different trajectory ..so don't rely much on it ...regarding 16 months it will depend on visa office...

My visa office is Ottawa. On December 04th last year eligibility was changed to Recommended Passed. Since then nothing.

if you are inland and have crossed timelines given by CIC reach out to your local MP to understand where exactly it is stuck ...

Ok thank you, i think we should try with "city name, province name" in "city of birth" field, isnt?
Because i am trying with just city name, and i am unable to link it.

I have heard that it will be a problem if your "city of birth" field has a comma in the passport. Their system freaks out in those cases. So try linking your application without touching "city" and "country" fields. I know "city" is mandatory field but give it a shot.

Not sure what the issue is. My COPR shows "Last Entry At" and "Last Entry Date" as Blank.

Did you guys finished the landing procedure ? If yes, did they ask you to correct it or you guys do not plan to get it rectified, since it looks like this error on date is happening very often ?

I finished landing and no-one asked me to get it rectified.

If you are outland no need to book an appointment. You will become PR when arriving at canadian customs at the airport for example.

I did but MP also got the same status criminality is in progress and security not started. Apart from that not much status she got from immigration office.

I pointed out that issue as soon as i have received the CoPR, however i havent highlighted that to CIC, because i dont want to do that. I fear it may cause delay in my PR card processing.
Aslo, that date issue is not a critical factor to be corrected, it wont not cause any trouble for me.
