Hi guys, so my background check turned to "not applicable" when I got my pre-arrival services message but I checked now and it turned back to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information". Has anyone had this happen to them before? Do you know what it means?

This is really a good sign.i think you are very close to the finishing line and anytime you can get the Good news dear, because the same thing has also been seen in the past cases.

I received email from Ircc that , they have received my application for PR. But I am unable to link my application to online account . Request any body to suggest me.

i am not sure it is AOR.

CIC will not send any mail for linking ..you need to follow aforesaid steps...
