Plz dont post the same thing over and over again. Practise the interview questions written in the spreadsheet and provide the same info that you wrote in the forms.
Today, My wife received a call from TCS visa application office that we have received a parcel from Canadian High commission Karachi, please bring Rs.1,690/= along with your CNIC copy to receive the parcel. She received a parcel and it contain the original documents from London visa office that we submitted with the application and a letter stating that:
Please be advised that as standard procedure an officer has assessed your original documents and copies of the relevant documents were kept on your file.
We are therefore now returning the enclosed documents to you.
Is this the standard process?
Anybody else has experienced the same?
Just wanted to give an update on our situation for those stuck in a similar boat as us. When we got married, we requested that the English nikah nama be registered. The officiator (a total lalluu) thought we meant don't register the Urdu one and he decided to basically dispose off the Urdu forms we signed. Now CIC is asking for the Urdu nikah nama which we do not have.
After consulting many people, and getting weird ideas like send Urdu translation () or sign a new form in Urdu, all of which are bad suggestions, we decided to get in touch with our MP's rep. She is inquiring on our behalf from CIC on what we should do given that we don't have this document. I will update once I have more info on the matter but basically the following is my understanding:
CIC officers have a check list of the documents they should receive from an applicant. On it is the Urdu Nikah Nama. If you have it, send it, if you don't send an explanation letter that you are not in procession of this document but that the English one is a legally recognized copy etc. Do this upfront with your application. In case the Urdu NN is missing they will add your letter in your file to cover their asses basically. The request for the Urdu NN does not mean they are doubting the legitimacy of your marriage. Just another doc that they think they should have IF you have it. If you don't have it, send in an explanation letter either upfront, or voluntarily, or when they request it.

You cant send any docs voluntarily unless you have your File number which comes in AOR1. Once you have that, quote that application number so they know where to place your voluntary docs.

Visa officer was not satisfied that marriage was genuine. The couple had one combined function for the wedding, limited pics and the bride/sponsor stayed in Pak for 4 days only after the marriage and had few pics together as a couple. This is all i know.
Yes so yoir forms etc were complete. If they want anything else at this stage they might ask you with Sch A, PCC.
They don't check all docs at this stage at CPC-M. Mostly its your visa officer at LVO that requests stuff once they open your file for review after many months.
Yup whenever a sponsor or principal applicant moves to a new address, they must communicate the same to CIC. Just update your new adress via ircc web form/case specific enquiry.
