Just a question how much is the Medical examination fee in Ghana? My daughter has been issued with a medical request. Also can I submit her Birthset as an I.d since her passport isn't ready. She's 6 years. I'm in Canada

I went there in August and I paid 560cedis. For the ID, I doubt it if she can use that. I think they would want an ID with a photo

Akai house the fee for adults 560cedis I am not sure of the child
ID she needs any government ID with picture and you need 2 recent passport pictures as well as the letter from immigration to complete her medicals
call Akai clinic at 011233302784772 and ask what kind of ID can you present birth certificate since she is a child and or any other docs

Yeah I can see they are asking for both. I'm just annoyed because I've never know the state clearance to be a requirement just the fbi but I'll start working on it anyway.

5 yrs to 0 month is 220 cedis at Akai house. Five yrs to 16yrs is 400 cedis. 16 years up is 560 cedis. I enquired on November 1 when i went to process my canadian passport at the high commission. I made a stopover at Akai house.

Yes dear. I just sent out my fingerprints. I takes 2-3 weeks to be completed. In the meantime, Im sending my fbi clearance and other stuff to AVO hoping they would at least issue a passport request.

@Ugoswife, I think if it wasn't your clearance document requested your visa would have been issued by now at least you know you are just at the finish line. I also think that almost all 2016 applicants from this forum have heard from AVO.

Yeah I guess so. Hopefully I get that soon. I see they are trying to cover as many 2016 applicants as possible before the Christmas break.

looks like its automated. Atleast we got a response... so is it safe to say no 2017 applicants have been reviewed?
