I'm here to share another great news. Finally got my PR @ late december 2016 applicant.

Application sent to AVO in Feb. No further changes since then on my profile so I sent additional document via email in Aug 2017.
Medical expires 1st week of December; got a call this morning asking of I can fly out b4 then. Email received shortly after.

Thanks guys for all the support and lonely days . Its finally over.

Thanks @Jayotuks for this article.. please can someone share how yo order for the gcms notes? After passing medicals in mid July.. It's getting to 4 months already.. lemme know the possibilities of going back to Canada with my wife after our church wedding this December or if I'd still have to wait.. thanks for the help guys

• Have your spouse fill out this form, scan and email to you: Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request (IMM 5744)
  
• Then go to cic site and follow the steps on "How to make a request under the Access to Information Act"
  
• Enter all the info
  
  
  
• Be sure to to use the option that requires a $5 fee: "Access to information Act"
  
• Attach the form your spouse sent to you.
  
  
• Then pay your $5 online and submit

@Jayotuks to add to what @waitingInTO said to request GCMS notes follow the link and fill the form 5744 for access to information the fee is $5 make sure not to select for privacy when the prompts ask you which one you are looking to obtain
how to fill the form

SECTION A is about the person being sponsored
SECTION B is left blank
SECTION C is about the sponsor (the person who your PA is given permission to get the info). which i assume is you, the sponsor

have the applicant sign signature then go online to answer all the regular questionnaires
Make sure to scan the IMMA 5744 onto your desk top once completed then you can attach it once the questionnire portion is completed and to pay your fee online as well.

once completed you will get a receipt with bar code save it in ase 31 days the notes are not in then you can follow up..

Hello guys,
Just a question how much is the Medical examination fee in Ghana? My daughter has been issued with a medical request. Also can I submit her Birthset as an I.d since her passport isn't ready. She's 6 years. I'm in Canada
