Hi All,
In my express entry profile, I specified "Work History" as "No" for my Husband, who is secondary applicant and has no Canadian experience, however he has work experience in India. I have received ITA in the last draw. Now, in application, I need to fill last 10 years of work/personal history for my husband.
I want to change the "Work History" as Yes in the application and specify his work experience.
Can you please let me know whether I should do this or will it be considered misrepresentation of facts? Or shall I contact CIC for this?
Please suggest, it will be of great help to me.
Thanks.
I personally suggest you to contact CIC.
Thanks

If you add his work experience in the work history section you'll be required to provide reference letters for each entry.
Only add such information in the personal history section and no proof of employment will be required.
And before you ask, no, this is not misrepresentation.
Yes, it can certainly take couple months but NOBODY can guarantee such will be the case.
Thanks and what is the next step after submiting application?
Hey people...for proof of funds, I have printed off 6 month statements which are on official bank statements. I have a letter from the bank manager listing all my accounts , dates each account was opened and the current balance as well as latest transaction printed on the bank letter head.
I have a car loan with a different finance company and not other accounts with them. I have a statement from them which is on their letterhead from the date the loan was opened till today. The cover letter does not specifically state date account opened. Will this be fine.?

how many digital photos do you need to upload? photos with or without glasses. Instructions don't say anything abt this....
Hey guys I just got a news that Alberta open a new category immigration program. Express entry and opportunity program.
Anybody have more ideas on this?
i have filled up all my details in the ITA and saved it. All sections show a green tick. I have not continued further.
.Just waiting for the medical. Will the checklist and document required be in the next screens? Can I continue and upload the documents I already have...like police certificates, IELTS results, degree certificates???
Also how many scanned photos do we need to upload and one of those photos with both sides scanned ya?
when i was filling up all the sections in the ITA, all sections had an update form option except my work history section and reference section which already had a green tick. .is that normal?
one more thing..in the travel history do I mention the dates I left India to go work in Oman? and also the date I left India and immigrated to Australia? That is just a one way travel and probably one day travel when I left Oman to come back to India.I have mentioned that in the personal history anyways.

Hello Everyone!
I am a dentist and have created EOI profile myself, I just want to ask one thing. Appreciate help from your side.
After graduation, there is mandatory 1 year house job/Internship, I have added that as experience and NOC code 3113, general Dentist. Though on my certificate its ''House officer''. Is it alright? or is there any other code for Dental Internship/House job.
Looking forward to hear.
Thanks all
To prove foreign work experience, only the reference letter is enough ? Anyone got their application approved with just submitting only the reference letter?
I’ve my ITA but I want to change my NOC Code in one of my foreign work experience as I found the duties and responsibilities mentioned in my reference letter matches more with a different NOC. Can I safely update it ?

I am curious to know, since you already immigrated to Australia from India, what's pulling you to Canada?
Doesn't Australia have a better climate and things to do (Watch cricket, explore the outbacks etc.)?
Hi Guys,
I am currently at post-ITA documents submission stage. I am almost done with uploading all the documents and just need to submit the app. My question is:
When I started my ITA app it asked me whether I wanted to submit both app fee & IRCC fee (I think) together. I chose only app fee but now I want to submit the other fee as well but I am not getting the option now. Can somebody tell me is it possible now to pay both fee together?
Thanks in advance

The reference letter is the only mandatory document required but IRCC can always ask for further proof of employment during the processing of your application.
You can safely change your NOC as long as your eligibility (assuming FSW applicant) remains the same.
