Lady Ennui, I also live in the South East of Calgary and I has My medical at Sunridge Mall, Xray in the same building immediately after and blood work a few days later. The medical itself cost about $265, Xray was around $35 and blood work was around $40.

The result was sent to CIC and my medical was updated as passed in less than a week. I hope this helps.
