when you call make sure you have enough time set aside, I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered, this was even after several attempts to be even placed on hold. If you get through, let us know what they say. Good luck!!
@profiler . I received med request 2 days ago. I just logged in into my cic account and next to meds read "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam." I havent dont my medical exam yet. What does that mean? Does this status change right after the request for meds is sent out??

Review of additional documents : We need more documents to continue your processing. We will send you more information.
Do you think they will ask me for prove of cohabitation or something else? I didn't get any email/letter for more documents. I just wanna be prepared.

This is not correct. The passport was seized by CBSA. Since the OP cannot renew without it, and will not be given it back until landing, this is a whole bunch of their problem.

Called CIC and they confirmed it's an Approval, the letter will be sent out soon as per the agent. I started crying on the phone and the agent was so nice. She said "Don't cry, calm down, it's over now"
