How long does it take to receive a request for medical for the permanent resident application applied in Canada under Quebec Skilled Worker category?
CSQ : 22 Sep, 2016
Federal File : 18 Oct, 2016
UCI : 4 Feb, 2017
RPRF (Landing Paid) : 28 Feb, 2016
Yet to received medical request ?
(GCkey showing all family member's UCI separate. also if you need medical examination. a message and instruction will be sent you. )
It's been around 9-10 months and I have not received any request for medical. Any idea what could have delayed? Any suggestions?

Hi Bud,
Just a question....
Has your eligibility been passed or still remained "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"?
Cheers,
Still remains as "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.", how about you?

At least we know CIC is working instead of freezing...

Despite 54% increase in QSW inventory, CIC processing time for QSW has gone down by just 1%. I think they are doing pretty decent job.
( Check link by Tamee above).
I have send my application since 18 January 2016.
It is going 18 months and I haven't received yet PPR. I dont know whats going on. I asked GCMS notes and everything was "passed" for all my family member, except my criminality which was "not started". It is a normal process. I have send on time all the documents required, all the payments. Is anyone else in the same situation??? I am very worried. I don't have no criminal records. How much time is taking a criminal review?
Thank you.
Best of luck to all of you.
Dear Friends
I did my landing two weeks ago and I want to tell my landing process. It was the easiest process I ever experienced during all these time.
Thanks to a friend, we drove to the US border. The US border officer fulfilled a form ("no intention to go the US, just leaving and coming back to Canada" form
)and we made a U-turn to Canada border. In the immigration office, there isn't anyone who is waiting for PR approval. So we are the only ones. An officer warmly welcomed us and asked our documents (COPR+Passport+Work permit) and asked how much money we have for living, just asked, he doesn't want to see the bank statement or anything. Also, he asked that do we have anything to bring from our country (last chance for tax-free). There were 2 question on the CoPR, we wrote the answer and then sign the document. After 5 min he sign and said welcome to Canada as PR
that's it
totaly10 min procedure and we are PR
))
Good luck to everyone
Hope everything will be easier in the future
