Still remains as "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.", how about you?
The same for me and my eligibility has not been approved yet. I just received my GCMS and the due date is assigned end of Sep. I guess we have to wait until Sep or Oct as our applications are in the security process.
I have to extend my temporary residence status in Canada as a visitor since my visa would be expired end of August.
Have you extended your visa recently? On my CIC website, CIC asked me a couple of questions and one of them was: "Have you done any medical exam over the past 12 months requested by IRCC" and I answered "Yes"....Now, CIC needs another medical exam for my visitor extension and asked me for uploading the documents regarding new medical exam...Did you have the same problem?
Cheers,

Did GCMS notes tells you the expected dates ??

No, just mentioned about the officer's notes on your application and due date. Also you can obviously find out at what stage your application is....
"due date is assigned end of Sep" --> This could be misleading. Due date is assigned for each step. For which step did GCMS show due date of Sept.

In the first GCMS received in April, the due date was end of June. However, in new GCMS, the due date was changed to end of Sep. I guess my application is in the security check process.

What is GCMS? I applied for the extension of WP the mid of June and waiting for further news on that. By applying for the extension, it also asks for proof of medical exam, and I called the clinic to email me the proof to upload to CIC (so I assume you do not need to physically do it again, but called the clinic to email you the receipt or proof, and that's it).

Thanks for your reply. I already have the recipe of my medical exam. Is it enough to upload?
You can see officer's notes on your application and also at what stage your application is through GCMS.
You can send your inquiry through the following website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp
and then CIC will send you a PDF file in a month.

- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November XX, 2016.
- We started processing your application on November XX, 2016.
- Medical results have been received.

Yes, the GCMS, which I was received, was a PDF file containing 35-36 pages and explains about all the processes in which your application has been. It also says about the stages at which you have been approved, the officers who were working on your application and officer's notes.
Is the receipt of my medical exam enough for my visa extension? or It should show the result of my medical exam?

The receipt of your medical exam should be enough for the VISA extension, I believe.
I have send my application since 18 January 2016.
It is going 18 months and I haven't received yet PPR. I dont know whats going on. I asked GCMS notes and everything was "passed" for all my family member, except my criminality which was "not started". It is a normal process. I have send on time all the documents required, all the payments. Is anyone else in the same situation??? I am very worried. I don't have no criminal records. How much time is taking a criminal review?
Thank you.
Best of luck to all of you.
Have you recently contacted IRCC using the webform or telephone?? Maybe the can provide you more info. They should be able to give you some answers as your application has already crossed the 13 month mark.
Best of luck
When they go down/low, we go High.........
JL-HN,
How come its so late for you. You have crossed 1 year already since your app date. I have seen most of them getting their PPR in 11 months. Tht is, for you it should have been in May 2017.
