My myCIC profile just changed this morning from "we need additional documents" to "we do not need additional documents"... I do not know if this means they finally started working again on my file, or the system finally updated the fact that they recevied my additional documents...
The odd thing is, I still see the message "your action is required"
Yes I was using her information to link the application. eCAS is working fine.. I sent an email and they ask me to submit a technical difficulties form but after submission it is like auto-reply after 10 days...

I have "Your action is required" since June due to that system screw up. You can ignore this message.
Your status change means that Immigration Officer actually opened up file ( = your file is being worked upon) , reviewed additional document and changed status after confirming that document is as per his/her expectation.
