Problem is: Refugees do not generate operating capital. They operate as a net loss. The government therefore has to put the money into feeding the system. At this point, they have already tossed a few million at SCLP and FC to make the processing faster (this is a net positive system), but they do not have the manpower to keep up. The IRB tribunals are heard by officers from the other classes.

lmao! Become that which I loathe... there is something about that, that feels .... hmm.... WRONG? I am not sure I could afford the extra soap or water that I would be using trying to scrub the dirty away!
$2k each surgery. First one July 24th they will pull the old tooth out and dig (deep) into the gum and jaw to get the pieces of the rod they put in to anchor the tooth during a root canal they did in Moscow some years ago.
The rod became brittle and broke because the jaw bone is receding (unknown cause, according to the peridontist). So, they have to put in some "donor bone" to build it up again. Let heal 4-8 mos.
Next up is a screw into her skull to hold the new crown in. Then install the crown some 4 months later.
what time do they close for the day? Wait time said 30 min, 10 min later they came back on and said wait time is now 28 min (someones timer doesnt work, lol). Then about 10 min later, click click click, disconnected. Have tried calling back but cant get put in the line up.
I think it will be a Monday call now
80% of cases in 12mos. To be fair, they're trying very hard to meet that lofty goal. I am not so sure cases are being skipped. I believe some cases don't pass the quick look test (those waiting on SA or AIP), or their security clearances are delayed. And even still, to make sure the right determinations are made, they still have to pick cases for QA to make sure the processors are doing a good job at this speed.
It's easy to be judgemental when you don't know the specifics or how the system's work. That's not necessarily helpful to those waiting either. All it does is feed negativity into an already gargantuan task..
No, you call the same number you were calling before but then instead of going through sponsorship, follow the keys to get through citizenship and then they'll transfer you
After 45-minute wait, an agent answered my call. He made a note in the file and told me to wait for reply from CIC officers. Got kinda eased, but not completely until new landing interview date confirmed.

I understand, there job is extremely tough becase they are weeding out real marriages and fake marriages and your right i should not need negative. Your right about security and background checks because they need information about the person and it takes time.

Still no PR card! Advantage: she has to wait longer and thus stay here..
She is crazy... Left me home alone to go out with work colleagues... Doesn't she know, this is when profiler the wizard comes out? Plus, who will cook dinner?? There is no adult here
Happy weekend everyone! Looks like it is shaping up to be fantastic!
