Yes, in our case we got the landing letter almost 8 weeks after the DM letter, and the appointment was for 2 weeks later (almost 10 weeks after DM). But someone reported recently in the 2015 thread that he landed 5 weeks after DM. So, they might do it a bit faster now. Anyway, as you said, it's almost over!
