I need your kind advise on some issue that I have encountered. Sorry for my questing being a bit long.
I have finished my PhD program from a Canadian university in January 2017. Now, I have applied for Express Entry and went to the pool, but the score of my Canadian degree does not appear on my profile, which has to be 30 points.
I also have evaluated my Master degree that I have received from my home country by WES and added that to my profile.
Only the score of my evaluated master degree which is 15 points comes to my score, but my Canadian PhD degree does not show up.
Could you kindly let me know your experience and help me to resolve the problem?!
My score is 421 and got ITA last month. In EE profile I mistakenly selected job offer as YES but however due to other details in that section I was not awarded 50 pts for arranged employment, can I change the job offer to NO in eAPR in order to skip the document upload part for this section? Pls advise
You can change it to No and use your LOE to explain that you had selected Yes in error. This wont be an issue since you were not awarded any points for this.
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
1) It is optional for your spouse to take the IELTS test and have an ECA done, however, it contributes a total of 40 points to your score.
2) You have the option of applying with a non accompanying spouse, however, it may take time for you to be able to sponsor her once you are in Canada. Furthermore, you will still be required to include her in your funds, present her passport, do her medicals and police clearance.
Guys please help me. I dont know how people are easily getting 400+ score here?
I mean look I have bachelors and masters degree from UK top university. I have 5 years of work experience in engineering. I have cleared IELTS HOWEVER not with CLB 9 but with CLB 8 and my wife also having same CLB 8. i am 28 years old. I have almost done everything except close sibling in canada. how come i am still getting 380 points? maybe i am missing something? If i get CLB 9 in IELTS then my score boosts up to 445. So basically its all depends on English language. And trust me my English is not that bad but its really hard to get 8 band in listening. No matter how much I try. Please guide me how do you guys are getting 400 plus points? I really want to apply as soon as possible. I have 7 bands in all categories. But 8 is out of reach.
I think i maybe calculating something wrong in points system. please guide. any information you need from me i can provide here.

Your calculations are correct, it really boils down to the IELTS my friend. As you have indicated by just improving your listening score by 1 band your score will increase by 65 points. That's huge.
I would consider re-writing the test. Give my self 2 months to prepare and work as hard as possible. You can get the desired scores, I did it on my 3rd attempt, so its possible.

lol,
Its all about understanding the test and practicing as much as possible (like its do or die).
I never counted how many hour i did per day, I just used every opportunity I got. Maybe 2-3 hrs.
There is lots of material out there but I highly recommend ieltsliz.com and engvid.com. Two of the best sites out there.
If you give me your email add I will send you a good book.

Wow Really impressed "I am driven by the audacity of hope." well this says all
My email ID is arsi_315[at]yahoo[dot]co[dot]uk
So basically I will have to just practive like crazy. i was thinking that i should give CELPIP but heard that its much harder compared to IELTS. SO i will give another try I am already at 7 band in all so maybe with practice i might be able to achieve it.

I would normally recommend only masters be evaluated, but some masters degree they sometimes only evaluate as bachelors, or something lower. If you evaluate bachelors also they can give "2 or more degrees" which fetches higher points.
spouse education evaluation is not mandatory, however i would strongly recommend you get it evaluated since it gives you extra points
and yes - her WES evaluation thingy will be separate also
