How do you notify cic that you've given birth to a child with your sponsor? After you receive a birth certificate ?

Hi, you will have to provide a copy of the birth certificate ( take a pic or photocopy).

Submit a CSE after the baby is born, and you have the birth certificate. You will have to submit that certificate to CIC in your CSE. That said, if you are finished your PR process by then, it won't be necessary.

You'll know long before they refuse that they have problems with the application... So a DM without any negative notices is always a positive result... If it's a real DM and no glitch..

Same thing happened to me. Yesterday I logged in , in short description says - your action is required. When you click it says they have requested my medical . No messages or email. Tried calling and checking my status and automated message said the same thing , that medical has been requested. Tried talking to a representative a couple of times and can't get through.
Oh well, I feel like it's a glitch,I'll try again tomorrow..

Same with my wife, MyCic asking for additional documents and medical. But no messages or email. I've been trying to connect to a live agent, but i've been just put on a long wait then nothing. Can you update us if you will be able to connect with a live agent? Thanks!

So my husband called to cic today to ask about what documents we need to sent to them. And they told it's an error and she have answered same question all day from callers. But also got some good news. They told that he have got sponsor approval. We haven't got any email or message or update about it, but the person told she see from computer we have it!

Keep checking your ECAS and Cic GCKEY. It's quite normal at this point.. As it seems some people skip
It all together and get a landing interview email. Weird

It should be SA? My husband doesn't understand the process, but came home today and told about phone call and they told him his eligibility is done. Means sponsorship approval?
