Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

Mycic says they need additional documents to continue process my application and message is below. There is nothing.. Only medical request which we got week ago. Also layout is a bit different, there is now section for fingerprints. And they will send us message when they start to review my eligibility. Don't they really haven't even started it yet? Nope. CPC-M unless they move it to Ottawa or Vegreville.

Checked MyCIC, it is still the same, they are asking additional documents and medical. but still no attached instructions about what documents and medical request. Maybe I should call them too to clarify if my wife really needs to go to undergo medical now or still a glitch in the system.

Same here. We got the status updated on MyCIC but no message/letter attached. No email was received.
Here is our info:
Application submitted: October 25/2016
Received: October 27/2016
AOR: November 22/2016
PPC request: April 10/2017 .. has not submitted as we called the CIC and confirmed this was a general letter

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 20, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence on June 8, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
3. Medical results have been received.

If this means that I will receive any response about my application soon?

Yes I sent all documents in July 2016 to CIC. And I confirmed with them last month in May 2017 by telephone, they told me that they had received all documents and the application request is being advanced.
