I would wait until you have your UCI number from your confirmation e-mail before you send in the new photos. That way they can attach them to your file.

Hey guys just a quick question. In every section i need to put an institution name i don't have enough space ! so should i attach a lot of sheets just to right the institution name or it's enough to put an abbreviation of the name and they will figure it out ?! space is headache here

Abbreviate it and attach a separate sheet of paper explaining what the full name is and explain that you didn't have enough room. Most people just use a plain sheet of paper to do this when there isn't enough space or an explanation is needed.

Hi everyone,

Just checking in here on this thread, as I just mailed in our application today (Saturday, June 11) by FedEx and they guarantee the CPC will receive it by noon on Monday. I've also added our info to the June 2016 spreadsheet. I'm a Canadian citizen and my wife is in the Philippines, and the thread so far seems to have a few others likely to be processed through Manila, so it's good to see others from the Philippines. We finally received the last document and the application was mailed yesterday. It should be arriving tomorrow. Phew, what a relief. Now the waiting game.
