The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.
What does this msg mean? What is CVO??

CVO is Canada Visa Office as far as I know. This definitely means you should get dispatch message soon. When did you submit your passport and when did it reach IRCC?
Is this not dispatch message. It says the the envelope is dispatched?

Yes, that should be the final decision envelope maybe. Probably your’s is a different application? What was your application type? Normal visitor visa? Did you submit the passport yet?

The sequence is VFS center where you applied - Canada Visa Office Delhi - IRCC Delhi. So when the passport is returned it follows the reverse order. I received 4-5 emails for each applicant since yesterday. Dispatched from IRCC Delhi - Received by CVO Delhi - Dispatched from CVO Delhi - Received by VFS Ahmedabad and ready for collection. (this final one came just an hour ago).
FYI: Our passports reached IRCC Delhi on 9th Dec. And I opted for collection instead of courier.
@binal1625 were you checking the tracker timely? When does the background check ‘in progress’ changes to completed?
