Yes, there is a WhatsApp group link, I found somewhere on this forum and I see lot of people getting on PR spousal.
May be you should get on to that group to find more

I see that you applied under the CAN+ category. I, too, have a valid US visa, so I was just wondering if you have to do anything, inform anyone, or just submit your passport normally.

Application for CAN+ is the same as regular. We don't have to do anything. It's just that they may process it faster. Once visa is approved and you submit the passport, the process is the same as everyone else.
