Background completed: June 19th (updated June 21st)

I mailed my additional documents on May 25th and delivered on May 31st but the tracker still shows next step send us additional information. How do I know if they received it?

I have read that the "next step - additional information" message stays there possibly up till the end. But since you have had your background changed to Completed, it is most likely that they have received it. I'm also in the same boat. Sent mine 2 weeks ago and still there but I am yet to have my background change to completed. Which seems fair with the timing.

I entered Oct 2022 but infact it is Oct2021. System didnt flagged it and allowed me to proceed because I am doing another part-time job since Sep 2018-present. Please advise how do i update it to IRCC or should i not worry about it?

Hi Guys, I applied for citizenship online last week. Today i was just rechecking my filled answers and found that i accidentally entered wrong start date of my current full-time job. I entered Oct 2022 but infact it is Oct2021. System didnt flagged it and allowed me to proceed because I am doing another part-time job since Sep 2018-present. Please advise how do i update it to IRCC or should i not worry about it?

You can always send them a webform informing them of the correction.. I did the same for an error on my Marital status, sent a webform the day i got my AOR with the marriage certificate as proof, got acknowledgement the same day that it has been updated, Background was updated to completed within 26 days after AOR as well.

Are you sure nothing has changed on the tracker and its a ghost update? Looking at previous months applications on a typical speed... It takes 1- 2 months to go from Application in progress to Background complete + test invitations sent, you are still within a reasonable time frame.
