Also, quick question: I moved to Canada on a PR in 2020 Feb. I checked with an immigration consultant at the Toronto Public Library about submitting the PCC, and she said No (she said you already submitted the PCC when you applied for the PR). Is a PCC required in my case? If yes, how can I submit it now?

When you have access to the tracker you will see it. It usually takes 2 days from receiving AOR to create tracker account.

I mailed my additional documents on May 25th and delivered on May 31st but the tracker still shows next step send us additional information. How do I know if they received it?

My exact time frame as well.... Same application and AOR date. Log into the tracker to see the in process date. You should be able to track it 2 days after receiving AOR.
