Hi, not yet we should wait for IRB letters then submit additional documents and evidence. The one we have is a checklist preparation to IRB. We are still waiting for letter for 4 months…

I think that guy had minister intervention and he was approved

My one friend got his hearing last week. it was regular hearing and he won and hearing lasted 2 hours

Hello. Today I got a letter : you are receiving this letter as the hearing for your claim for refugee protection is ready to be scheduled by the immigration….(virtually).
No any date or asking for additional documents. Only said if you need to have it in person contact us.
I am really confused, I was expecting to get IRB letter about my claim and when send additional documents. But I got this letter about hearing with no date.

Yes Dec 1st that’s what my lawyer told me … but I did not receive a letter in the mail yet.
