How can I link GC key with my PR application
To link GC key with your PR application, you will need to create a GC key account and then link it to your IRCC secure account. Once your GC key account is linked to your IRCC secure account, you will be able to use your GC key to sign in to IRCC's online services, such as the Express Entry website.

Here are the steps on how to link GC key with your PR application:
  1. Go to the GC key website and create an account.
  2. Once you have created a GC key account, you will be given a GC key user ID and password.
  3. Go to the IRCC website and sign in to your IRCC secure account.
  4. Once you are signed in to your IRCC secure account, click on the "Link GC key" link.
  5. Enter your GC key user ID and password.
  6. Click on the "Link" button.
Your GC key will now be linked to your IRCC secure account. You will be able to use your GC key to sign in to IRCC's online services, such as the Express Entry website.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when linking GC key with your PR application:
  • You can only link one GC key account to one IRCC secure account.
  • If you lose your GC key user ID or password, you can reset it on the GC key website.
  • If you have any problems linking your GC key account to your IRCC secure account, you can contact IRCC for assistance.

Thanks! I was able to link it. Status shows "submitted". PR portal photo still shows "In review with IRCC".

I called yesterday and they said "your eligibility is in review"... "passed? review needed?" "no sir, it's in review" lol

THAT being said... my tracker today changed to Eligibility AND Background COMPLETE :D... and I have a COPR number? No email nor changes in the IRCC portal though... but I can probably have a beer tonight, right? lol
Portal email received today. Best of luck to everyone, there’s light at the end of the tunnel!!

Does anyone know if CIC account updates are real time or does it get updated like weekly/daily? Thanks!
On the PR Tracker account? Usually daily around 10am-12pm EST is when I've noticed them happen. Haven't seen any updates in the afternoon yet.
