I think your visa was approved base on your timeline as medical was passed and updated before you received your correspondence letter. Those who was not approved ,they received their correspondence letter without medical.

Any ideas about when would they update cic account ?

I guess it would take some time to receive my passport as VFS offices have been shut and they don't even have any facility to contact them at the moment.
