Processed decision envelop dispatched

Hi
I applied for study visa on march 25th and there is no further mails from vfs and today i got a message from vfs like this
"Visa application, Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-04-25 11:02:36 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-BANGALORE."
Is this positive or negative?? I already submit my passport..

biometrics and passport are submited on the same date 25th march

I applied for visa on 12th april but I’m told that I’ll have to submit the passport only after getting request from vac.

They collected my passport immediately after taking biometrics..

So i am guessing you didn't link the paper application to CIC and even tho if you didn't link you should receive a email which has to be shown at the port of entry at the border if you were approved.I have heard that sometimes you will get the mail after getting your passport back. So,Lets hope for the best.
Update the status if you can later when you receive it.

Thats fine! Sometimes you don’t get mail.
