Good evening to everyone. I am from Cameroon and will love to relocate with my family to Canada. Does filling out this form from COHEN IMMEGRATION LAW mean i have began the process?

Final decision - June 21, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Does it mean the application is finalized?
What is the average time to receive Portal 1?

I saw an update on my Spouse’s PR application (Outland) that said:

Final decision - June 20,2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What does this mean? Is this a good sign? Can i expect to receive COPR in next couple of days?

Yes.
5 days is the standard time to receive portal 1. If you don't receive it within such timeframe, you can call IRCC and request that they send it again.

Hello,

Could you please help?

I have this information: Final decision - June 17, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Context:
- PNP OINP (FSW)
- We are a family of 4 (wife + 2 kids + Me)

On the application status tracker:
- All 4 components (Biometrics, Medical exam, Background Verification, Eligibility) have been completed for me and I am the main applicant
- For my wife, it is remaining the last component: Eligibility (Status is Not Started)
- For my two kids (under 5 years): remain two components (Background: In Progress, Eligibility: Not started)

I can also, see the COPR expiry date.

Should I be worried that the final decision has been made without IRCC finalizing all components for all 4 of us?

Thanks a lot,

And still no answer since then.
