working in qatar need to go on visit

Hi, im shahbaz raza im old member of this forum. Im currently working in qatar as security officer at G4S. I need to go canada on my vacations, my uncle is in canada & he need to sponsor me. What step i needed to do for apply from here in qatar . My home country is pakistan & i already applied for canada for study permit 4 years ago also my uncle sponsored me aswel on that time to get easier to come on study permit ... Unfortunately i got rejected by purpose of visit nd insufficient job ties these informal reason to rejection. Well my point is to get good guide to go on sponsor visa by blood related uncle to come canada and spend vacation their. So plz any expert one can guide me how documents i needed here & from canada to apply in canadian embassy qatar .... Thanks
