Hello Friends, i have applied Intra-Company Transferee work permit at New delhi CHC, i am from Gujarat i applied on 1st June 2011, and got my passport back on 18th June with Medical form, i finished my medical and resubmitted my passport back on 2oth June and now in VFS status tracking it's showing under processing, i don't know how long it takes after medical? any idea please let me know. do you have any idea when should i get my passport ? today is 6th July and still under processing.
I also applied in the same category. I resubmitted my passport after medicals last Tuesday in Hyderabad VFS. Now the status shows passport in transit. Not sure if visa got stamped or not. Mostly I think its not stamped but requesting for more documents or interview.... awaiting for the courier....
Got u any details on how much time it generally takes to get the visa stamped? Any possibility of rejection for me?

i also applied my visa application on 8 july and today i got the sms that passport had released by high commision of new delhi and might be reach tommorow to me but i don't what will be the next step for me ,either personal interview or medicals.Do anyone of u have any idea in the case like this plz guide me accordingly,
