Hi, I have been nominated by BC PNP, have received Work Permit Support Letter and I have also accepted 600 point for my Express Entry profile so I have 1082 points finally.
I'm outside of Canada and me and my girlfriend (common-law partner) need to come to Canada to work as soon as possible. I haven't been selected from the Express Entry pool (yet) and my question is:
1. Do I need to be first selected from the pool to be eligible to apply for Bridging work permit? Or can I apply now while still sitting in the pool?
2. Will my common-law partner get an open work permit as well?
