My question is that my spouse has been nominated already we applied in the common law partner,and we filed the Permanent residence and we got the file no. The thing is that our work permit is expiring in the same date and the month. And she got the support letter to extend the work permit and she will get the close work permit and what about the dependent does he get closed worked permit or a open work permit because we both are applying in the common law work permit.She comes under the cook category.(skilled)
