Hello experts

Can we have 2 express entry profiles? I am thinking of having one with a spouse and one without.
How soon can we apply for BOWP, is it after receiving ITA or another correspondence? and how long is it issued for?
Also, can i apply for my spouse's SOWP extension when applying for BOWP?

You can only have one application for you as the main applicant. You can apply for BOWP, once you have ITA, have submitted your PR application and then received AOR. As for SOWP, not sure. Is she listed as accompanying or non-accompanying? That may factor in. Check BOWP requirements for a spouse.

Safest way is for her to secure an approved LMIA and switch to a closed work permit.

If non accompanying, don’t think she is eligible for SOWP extension. Because once you are PR, then you sponsor her inland or outland. Best is to keep her as accompanying.

If i keep her accompanying then it is it not going to calculate both of our scores? We have less total together compared to if i apply alone.

If she is accompanying, your score will be different than if you select non accompanying depending on her IELTS, education and Canadian skilled work experience. You have to pick one - accompanying or non accompanying. You cannot have two profiles.
