Hello experts

My PGWP is expiring in 3 weeks and so is my spouse's SOWP. I got the AOR recently and have included my spouse in my PR application as accompanying.
I want to know what docs i need to apply for BOWP? Is AOR alone enough to apply for BOWP or do i have to wait until R10 completeness check is done?
Also, once i have applied for BOWP can i apply to extend my spouse's SOWP?
Does anyone know how much it costs to apply for BOWP and extend SOWP?

Any leads are appreciated! TIA
