hello all,
Is it worth hiring a consultant to process your work permit application when you already have a positive LMIA and a job offer?
My son received an email from the employer's consultant about the service fee to continue the processing of his work permit but it was way too much thinking that work permit application is only $155 if I am not mistaken.
any input please
Thanks
Some employer's request that you should work through a immigration lawyer because they spend so much money on the applications for the Lmia they dont want anything to go wrong, We are a group of people going to one place and we must work with the lawyers qnd after arrival also need to work with lawyers for the PR and iif you work with lawyers on workpermit they give you discount on the PR application. Because of the costs for the employer's which is at 1000 dollar for one application on Lmia. But think if you have the option to do it youself you can. Many people do it themselfs.
