Hi. I would like to seek help and advice. Last jan 24 I applied my WP extension because my wp will expire feb3, 2011. Before applying we already applied for a new LMO. I called up the CIC center and talked to a representative, he told me to just attached with my application the decuments that indeed my employer applied for a new LMO and a new position for me and make a letter that i will be forwarding the approved LMO if i got it. I asked again is the process ok, and the customer rep said yes. Sadly, the first application of lmo was denied, however we immediatly applied a new one with the corrections and I got my approved LMO as supervisor yesterday. I also called up again the number of cic to ask for information on what to do. However, the persom whom i talked to bluntly told me that my application for extension will be denied 99.99% since i did not include the LMO. But she was kind enough to make a note on my system file that I did have a Positive LMO..My application will be going in process for 90 days come april 26. Im still confused and worried about what the person what have told me.

No worrys you will get your WP approval soon...as lon as you got the positive LMO..and if you can ask your employer to make a letter to CIc saying that you are needed by the company...try to ask your employer to do that to back you up ok..Prayers...too will help...Godbless..
