Hi,
My post grad work permit expired in Nov 2010 and I had applied for a new LMO and WP through the concurrent processing option a few days before the WP expiration.
I received a positive LMO but I haven't received the new WP as yet which is what worries me. I had applied through a rep and I'm a little skeptical that they did it right.
Anyway, I had to leave the job I had the LMO for and I applied for a new LMO with a new company a week ago. What I need to know is do I have to apply for restoration of status since I'm still technically under the 90 day rule? I'm assuming my new LMO wont be approved for a few more weeks but my 90 days expires next week..Or can I just send out a new WP application with a copy of the new LMO application and a restoration of status application?
I know it sounds really confusing but I can use any help I can get.
