I am 2 weeks away from my WP expiration date and I have just been informed my company's LMO application will be denied for not meeting the requirements. The application itself hasn't been denied yet and an agent told me that if you apply for the WP, as long as immigration sees that you have an application for LMO in progress, they might give me the WP.
Can anybody advise on this? Has it happened to anybody? Am I doomed?
