Hi guys. I received the mail last January 11, and the mail is only asking for my passport. I am planning to go there this wednesday. My apology not to update my status, i just got so busy for the past 3 weeks. I hope I won't get any more problem to my visa. @sharma - surely you are next in line.

Hi Atii! May i know if what is the work that you applied for in canada? i have my contract already and waiting for the release of my LMO. So im just wondering if they will ask me as well for the IELTS certificate. BTW, my application is for LCP.

Hi... I have applied for a work permit on 20/june/2013..... I have received an email from the embassy on 24/December/2013 they want my orginal Ielts certificate, police reports and renewed employment contract from my employer. I have sent them all these documents. Do you know how long it will take now? and when they will ask me for my passport?

Hi Atti same is the case with me, they also asked the same docs from me except pcc as I have already submitted that with my application . I think it will take 20 days after they recieved .I sent my documents on 2nd jan and still no response . Have patience and let's pray for all of us .

There is a point there though that asks for "PROOF INDICATING THAT YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB BEING OFFERED".
VO may or may not require Proof of English Language Ability (e.g. IELTS, CELPIP, ETC). Just prepare just in case.

Finally after 10months! Visa on hand already. I was in the abu dhabi yesterday, I met 2 girls (both april applicant), they have got the email request for passport last december 24 too. So whoever is on still in April, keep the faith and surely we are all going there. Thanks everyone guys!


PS : Is there anyone here if what will be the options how to get my GF there too. Should we get married first before I leave. Anyone knows which is the best? Thanks

Congratulations brother and best wishes for future .one question , are they asking anything when u go personally to the embassy for visa pasting and how much time they take for this procedure if possible please explain the procedure in detail .

so itseric how many time did you follow up with embassy .. i mean how many times did you send e mails for them to ask about your status .. ?
