WORK PERMIT APPLICATION - ABU DHABI EMBASSY

Hi Just registered! A Newbie..

I just want to know how others are doing on their Work Permit Application in Abu DHABI.
What is the Trend in terms of Processing Time. I heard between 1 Month and 6 Months.

Any Seniors please advise as I did not attach a PC in my application - do you think that will cause a delay?
Is it required?

Here is my timeline:
12 Dec 2012 - submitted WP application personally at the Abu Dhabi Embassy
10 Dec 2012 - Docs completed.

Don't worry.
They will send yo an email to sumit the PCC, with in 45 days.For me it took little longer because of English test. It took 175 days after lodging the application kit.

My timeline:

December 22 2012-Sent to Canadian Embassy AUH through aramex
December 23 2012- delivered to smf-im Canadian Embassy AUH

Thank you Karan! However, I read in one of the posts that PC is not required if you submit your application in Abu Dhabi.

Timeline:
LMO received on 08/12/2012 - Food Counter Attendant
LMO expiration is 13/12/2012
Full Application sent on 09/12/2012 & received in Abu Dhabi via Aramex 10/12/2012


Still waiting for any news from the Canadian Embassy - Abu Dhabi till today.
May idea ba kayo gaano katagal ang mga application last year Dec???

@ cee12345 police clearance certificate? yes meron nbi clearance at dubai police.

@Pado - pano kaya yng akin. I did not know that PCC is required.
I just hope if it is that they will tell me sooner para I can apply.
NBI Clearance takes time to get hayz ...

aor wAla eh aramex lang notification nadelivere na. mag process kana ng NBI para kung hingiin sayo maibibigay mo kagad.

Yes po, Original Dubai Police Clearance and Original NBI.....

NOC 6641 - Food Counter Attendant. Almost magkasabay tayo nagpasa ng application so sana hindi tayo masyadong maapektuhan ng holidays.... Goodluck!!!

PC is a must.. whether which any country you applied. it may cause you a refusal if you cant provide that.. they will send you an email requesting for that later on
