Just got mail from vfs saying my passport ready to collect.Just submitted at VFS 2 days back.Hope with visa stamped . Bit nervous.... ......Im able to collect on Sunday only because Iam working in a remote location....
All passport request is for visa stamping. They will not ask ur passport just to say u r rejected. NO SENSE, RIGHT? So dont worry its a visa stamp not a NO NO STAMP.

Just had a weird experience. I saw a message in my personal email from cic taht my application has been updated. They asked me to sign in to my cic account to know more about the update or message. But when I went to mycic account, there is no message and my status remains the same. Shall I just ignore the email or what?

I tried logging into my account using chrome, but its still the same. I really find it weird. Shall I just ignore it or I should find a way to know the update? Thanks
First of all i want to thank everyone for their contribution on the forum. Well finally after a long struggle i have received my visa. I submitted online application on 9th July 2013. Got the passport request on 18th December. With my passport i submitted my tickets, as i was traveling for a short trip to india. My passport was returned without VISA on 22nd, stating that they need to do more verification in order to give me a visa. Afterwards they contacted my employer in Canada and finally i received a PPR on 12th and submitted my PPT on 13th and got my visa.
I wish all the very best to each one of you. May you all get your Visas in time. I also feel very happy for candidates like sharma, itseric,revil as they got their visas after a long long wait. May candidate name Alha akbar also get his visa soon.

This must be received at this office by: 17/03/2014...is it means that march 17 im going to give my passport or can i give my passport within this week....any advice pls
thanks bro. i started to follow up on my 6th month which was october 2013. then every time i have questions and bored waiting. last follow up was on my 8th month which was dec 2013. And they replied me that processing time now is 10-12mos. From then i shut up and start waiting again. Almost 6 times of follow ups..
hi reyvel, i just got my ppr today..im wondering if i can go to CVAC directly to give my passport to just by courier, which is better? by courier or in person? then how long it takes for visa stamp?
