work location confusion

Hi Seniors,
My wife was previously working in Noida and then she got posted to Singapore.
Her relieving letter shows the location as Singapore.
In the EE should I mention location as Noida or Singapore?
Please guide seniors!!!

Was it the same company?

One way is to attach LOE and explain why this is.. .and maybe attach some evidence of transfer.
