Ceremony took an hour, there was a reception and photo op, that took an another hour

To you guys that took the oath ceremony in Winnipeg, how long did the whole process take?. Mine is at 1:15 and I have be at work at 4 the latest.

you should be good, at 2:59 I was having a coffee at The Forks already (our ceremony was at the Via Station).

Congratulations on your test. Usually they said its 2-4 weeks. That's what the citizenship officer told me as well. I passed my test May 2017, but still showing "In Process", still waiting though. Not sure why. I remembered you, we had similar timeline for the PR process. How is Winnipeg?

Vancouver told us about three months. It took two months for me

Winnipeg office does all background and security clearance before scheduling the applicant to take test and interview, therefore DM and oath doesn't take that long. The officer at interview told me 1-3 months.

Nope...nothing. I called in September and was told it's just a matter of time, everything is done and I should get my letter soon...Now when I call I can't even get a person to talk to... Still 'in process' on my application page.
