Will pre/post learning program counted in length of Post-graduation work permit?

Hi, my target is to be a skilled trades worker in Canada. I have to take 6 months of English learning course as prerequisition for an academic program enroll. The academic program is 22 weeks long. After academic learning, I plan to the continue study of apprenticeship program towards same career direction and will be 720 hours in length. So, am I qualify for 6+22weeks/4+720hours/6hours per day/30day=15.5 months of programe? or just not qualify for Post-graduation work permit as only one program(e.g. the academic program) was counted?
