Is english for academic purposes counted in on post graduation work permit?

Hi all,

I am an international student and I have enrolled to a 1 year academic program. However, for me to lead to this program, first I need to complete English for Academic Purposes in the same college where I will do my program. My question is in regards to Post Graduation Work Permit, will the time of my English program counted on top of my 1 year academic program. My study permit is valid from August 2016 to April 2018.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
from what I know ESL programs do not qualify for post graduate work permit. ( wait for other replies )
