Will I be eligible for PGWP and CSQ if I study a DEC program from Lasalle college?

On the designated college list, it is mentioned that
To be eligible for a PGWP, your program must be 900 hours or longer and lead to 1 of the following:

• Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) (Diploma in Vocational Studies)
• Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) (Attestation of Vocational Specialization)
• Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) (Diploma in College Studies)
• Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) (Attestation of College Studies)

If I study a DEC program from Lasalle college, Montreal. Will I be eligible for CSQ AND PGWP?

Is the program at least 900 hours long and will you complete it as a continuous, full-time student? If so you may apply for a PGWP. Then to get a CSQ through the PEQ you need to acquire at least 18 months of skilled work experience on the PGWP.

The program is 3 years long. There are also AEC programs which are two years long. If I study an AEC program and then work for 18 months, will I get PEQ? or DEC or AEC has nothing to do with that?
