Hi. I have applied for PR last year and it came back twice because my IELTS expired and that the cap has been reached. Now, I am getting my documents ready to be sent this week. I am currently working here in Canada under a work permit, and I gained 10 points for having an arranged employment with my current employer. However, my work permit expires two weeks from now and that I have just submitted my application for extension, which makes me "on implied status".
Will this affect my points since I don't have a new work permit yet even if I submit my PR application before the date of my current work permit expiration?
