I am working in Canada on a work permit. This work permit was issued under the 'Intra-company transfree' category which does not require a HRSDC approval. Now, to apply for my residency, can I claim this job offer (which the company has agreed to provide me a letter stating the same) under Arranged Employment?

This work permit/visa is renewable yearly (company discretion) depending on the project that I am assigned with... Actually, I started last 2007 and was already renewed for another year. I am also under the Intra-company transferee.

Just to confirm. I'm confused with this one whether will it be applicable for me or not.
"Your employer has made an offer to employ you on an indeterminate basis if your permanent resident visa is issued"
The problem is that the work permit/visa is renewable at company's discretion and depends on the schedule of our project. Since the offer is not an indeterminate basis then I don't get any points on this?
