Call them now and check whether they sent it to the correct email, in the meantime raise this with your MP.

This is serious because they might have given you a set time to get meds done, if you don't they will close your file and then BIG problem

do upfront medicals and first thing you should do ASAP is to send a mail to CIC that you have not received your medical request and you get to know from call center agent that CIC is waiting for Medicals.

Did not hear anything from CIC yet
2 Nd review came to know from GCMS notes
No adverse comments
I called CIC last week they said back ground check is going on.
Do not know what's happening.

After you call the CIC center, choose 8, then shortly an agent will pick up your call

I have been trying to contact CIC office too. But their phone system always says that they are too busy to transfer my call and suggest me to call again at a later time. Then my phone was hanged up.

So I should press 8 directly after dail 1-888-242-2100 rather than follow the instructions?

I've been waiting for medicals, my timelines are AOR August 12th 2014 havent received nothing since then. I'm just wondering if you have done anything with your file when it was under secondary review.

My was under second review because my job was mismatch with my education. So i ask my company to draft me a support letter to define why i am still good with job without not having education and also future with the company. I voluntarily submit them in jan 2015.
