Hey guys, did anybody of you apply for second BOWP? Mine is expiring at the begining of august and since the waiting time is 68 days now i plan to apply for new one this week.
Am Jan 2014 applicant .my file was sent for second review,i was asked to submit LOE by second VO which i submitted immediately in Feb-2015 since then I didnt get any update.I applied for second GCMS and found above said notes by VO.

Reason that mine got into 2nd review was vo thought, I hadn't have worked enough full hour weeks.
So I got all pay stubs to prove how many hours that I had work(every two weeks), made excel sheets and sent it to cic. Vo didn't request me to send it but I just sent it to them to make myself feel better.
I am not sure that helped but it showed i had work way enough full hour weeks..
Anyway, it is still up to you to send additional documents. Hope it helped you.

Yes, you can do that. In fact I applied 3 times for BOWP and had no problem in getting it.
Did you order gcms notes to see what is holding your application?
Finally I've received MR last week! May 28 to be exact. My timeline is April 7 sent application, AOR received April 29 2014, second review April 29 2015. My issue is I am legally separated and I already proved to them that indeed I am separated to my ex-wife. Also they was in doubt on my duties and responsibilities but I didn't send any letter to them about that because it was clearly stated on my application that I was doing the roles on the NOC I was into. Best of luck to all! Just keep praying and God is surely listening to you
